My name is Rachele, and I am both an educator and a pedagogue.

I offer a comprehensive childcare service grounded in my academic training as well as my professional and personal experience. I have worked in nurseries (0–3 years) and kindergartens (3–6 years), and I have more than 10 years of experience as a nanny.

I structure children’s time through educational projects, with general and specific goals that we can define together. Days are organized into clear time slots to encourage a sense of order and self-management. I always include play—at any age—because I believe it is essential for exploring oneself and the world. Depending on each child’s personality, I plan artistic, theatrical, musical, sports, cooking, and gardening activities.

I bring a wide range of interests that enrich my professional approach. I was a scout leader for children aged 8 to 12, which allowed me to learn and create many games and songs, and it strengthened my belief in children’s autonomy, self-determination, and freedom to grow at their own pace. I also practice theatre and deeply value its educational potential: experimenting with roles, learning to inhabit one’s body, and building meaningful relationships. Another passion of mine is children’s literature, and I always carry a selection of books to share.
