We are a family based in Brussels looking for a professional, caring and reliable Family Assistant to support us at home following the birth of our baby.

Initially, the role will focus mainly on helping us manage our 120 m² apartment during the postpartum period, allowing me to focus on recovery and the baby. Responsibilities will include cleaning, tidying, laundry, cooking and meal preparation, and general household organisation, as well as occasional support around the baby.

We are looking for someone proactive and autonomous, who naturally sees what needs to be done and helps us maintain a calm, clean and well-organised home.

If the collaboration and mutual fit are good, we would love for the position to evolve into a long-term, full-time nanny role when our baby is around 5–6 months old. The person would then care for our child at home until approximately 2.5 years old, while continuing to help with household organisation, cleaning, tidying, laundry, cooking and other household tasks.

There is also the potential for the position to continue beyond this period, particularly if our family grows and we welcome a second child.

We are looking for someone who is experienced, trustworthy, warm with babies, organised and professional, and ideally interested in becoming a stable and trusted presence in our family.

Experience with newborns/young children and references from previous families are highly valued.
