My name is Maddie and I'm an Australian living in Brussels while I complete my Masters.

As reflected in my work experience as a tutor, babysitter and disability support worker for young people, I'm passionate about supporting kids and families. I'm patient, energetic and highly attentive every young person's unique needs. Caring for children is a job I take very seriously and am guaranteed to cultivate a space in which young people feel safe, nurtured and respected. Believing that play and learning should be the centrepiece of every child's life, I always bring creativity and imagination to my work. In addition to working as a disability support person, I have extensive experience in disability advocacy and have a particular interest in supporting young people with autism and ADHD.

While living in Brussels, I've had the privilege of supporting several families, caring for children from 3 months to 10 years old.

While my French is quite limited, it is a work in progress.

At this stage, I am especially looking for working hours before 16h. Throughout the summer period, I have full availability as the families I typically support will be away.
