We are a Flemish/English speaking family living in 's-Gravenwezel looking for a part-time Nanny for our 7 months old daughter. Our daughter goes to an Onthaalmoeder 4 days per week but we need a Nanny to cover for the hours when the Onthaalmoeder is not working. Specifically all day on Wednesday, and in the evenings on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 5pm to 8pm. And on the days that our daughter goes to the Onthaalmoeder, we would ideally require the Nanny to pick her up (therefore it is a huge plus if the Nanny has a clean driving license and own car) and bring her home. If the Nanny doesn't have a drivers license or car, we can arrange transport differently, but it would be a huge plus if the Nanny can do this. We would also like the Nanny to ideally be able to do adhoc babysitting later in the evenings or weekends if we have a special event for work and/or have a dinner, but this is not a must. It is essential that the Nanny is well presented and groomed, with experience for that age, and is an organised and tidy person. We have a housekeeper and do not require the Nanny to do any housework, except cooking food for our daughter as needed. The Nanny must speak good English but can speak with our daughter in either Flemish or English. For interested candidates, we will organise first a video call then a face-to-face interview, and finally a 3 hr trial at our home.
